Antim Palandi
Antim Palandi earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from DAVV University in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, in 2011. With over nine years of experience working in Singapore, Antim has developed extensive expertise in dental assisting and team management at Canaan Dental.
As a Team Lead and Trainer for the Dental Assistants, Antim plays a key role in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. She believes that effective communication is essential to maintaining strong relationships within the team and with patients. Antim takes pride in creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where colleagues feel comfortable and empowered to perform their best. By acting as a role model for those who may hesitate to step forward, she helps build confidence and teamwork among his peers.
