Dr. Jocelyn Wong
Dr. Jocelyn Wong was raised in Malaysia and obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. Upon graduation, she returned to Malaysia to focus on restorative dentistry before moving to Singapore to join Canaan Dental, where she pursued her passion for aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Jocelyn believes that a confident smile reflects a confident self. Viewing her work as a personal form of art, she pays meticulous attention to every detail to achieve excellence and perfection. As an Invisalign®-accredited clinician, she seamlessly integrates orthodontics and restorative dentistry to enhance both physical beauty and functional balance, helping her patients achieve smiles that are both stunning and practical.
Coming from a multilingual and multicultural background, Dr. Jocelyn is fluent in multiple languages and she values effective communication, recognising it as key to understanding her patients’ needs and expectations. Her ability to connect with patients through language and empathy enables her to create personalised, tailored treatment plans that prioritise their comfort and satisfaction.
Outside of work, Dr. Jocelyn is a proud mother of three. She enjoys spending quality time with her children, often flying kites together—a metaphor for her belief in resilience and rising against challenges. With a “work-hard, play-hard” philosophy, she loves travelling, painting, and singing in her free time. Dr. Jocelyn is also a passionate Christian who actively participates in community services, finding joy in giving back and making a difference.
