Ruo Qi
Ruo Qi holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from IMU University Malaysia. Her foundational training as a clinician provides her with a unique, deep-rooted understanding of the dental field, allowing her to bridge the gap between clinical requirements and administrative excellence.
With a career transition from clinical practice to leadership, Ruo Qi specialises in workflow optimisation, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Her expertise lies in streamlining clinic operations and refining administrative protocols to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and patients. She is particularly adept at identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing practical, efficient solutions within the practice.
Ruo Qi brings over five years of diverse experience in the dental industry. She spent four years practicing as a dentist in the public sector, followed by a year in private practice, before moving to Singapore to focus on the management and coordination side of dentistry. This journey from the dental chair to practice management allows her to oversee operations with a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective.
Ruo Qi is a firm believer in patient-centered care. Her philosophy centers on the idea that operational efficiency and clinical excellence are most effective when the team is unified. She strives to “gel” the team together, fostering a collaborative environment where every staff member is empowered to contribute to the highest standard of patient care. For Ruo Qi, a well-coordinated team is the heartbeat of a successful practice.
Outside of the clinic, you can often find Ruo Qi staying active by running outdoors or exploring Singapore’s diverse food scene. When she isn’t on the move, she enjoys the quiet balance of “hermitting” at home to focus on her latest art projects.
