Clean them daily using a soft-bristled brush and denture cleaner, and soak them overnight in water or a denture solution. Avoid using regular toothpaste, as it can scratch and damage the surface of your dentures. It’s also important not to wear your dentures while sleeping. Doing so can pose a choking hazard and prevent your gums from resting and healing, which can increase the risk of denture stomatitis. Regular visits to your dentist are important as well to ensure your dentures continue to fit properly and stay in good condition.
